The Origins of Argo Hospice

Argo Hospice was founded by Nvard Ohanian, a wife, and mother of two. When she received news that her husband Gary and later her mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer the struggle to cope with the news was extremely difficult. Through the resources of the hospital, she was introduced to a chaplain who recommended hospice care to help with the difficulties of what was to come with such a diagnosis. The treatment of the hospice staff which provided such outstanding care to her family and lifted many burdens off her shoulders in such difficult times opened her eyes to the much-needed and vital services of Hospice care. She made it her goal to establish a service herself to be a provider of high-quality care to families in need and for the last decade has been in the Hospice industry to educate and inform families of the care they are entitled to in our most darkest and difficult times.
